Week twenty

There is news for everybody. I’m already halfway there, measure about 14 to 16 cm. and weigh around 9 ounces. You can no more call me a baldy, because my scalp hair has begun to grow. By now I might have a tiny uterus inside mom’s bigger one, but that’s only if I happen to be a girl. You really didn’t think I was going to tell you that, did you?

Are you listening mom?

You might be experiencing an increased vaginal discharge called leucorrhoea. The line between your navel and pubic hair has darkened a bit. That’s but temporary. You begin to feel me more often as my movements become stronger.

…and you dad?

Aren’t you two enjoying yourselves going through books and looking at pictures of my friends growing up. I know that guy in the "Read-aloud Pregnancy Manual" – he is not even good looking - I am a damn sight better! And you may use ultrasound to determine my sex this week, I don’t mind.
